The Role

As the
Trades Team Leader , you will be responsible for the management of our internal trades team servicing our Residential Government Contract.

You will work along side the Contract Manager to provide a strong service in maintenance.

This role is based across the
Newcastle / Central Coast Region, NSW.

Manage a team of trades staff (Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers etc.) providing maintenance works to our clients sites
KPI / SLA Adherence
Client and Internal reporting
Safe work culture
Relationship building and Client engagement
Provide Technical Support
Adhere to budget constraints from the client
