The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager to join our friendly team in
Port Melbourne.

Skills & Responsibilities

Proven people management experience within Warehousing & Logistics, preferably in a 3PL setting
Experience leading warehousing teams and developing leaders
Superior knowledge of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proven continuous improvement and problemsolving skills
Strong SAP skills and automotive spare parts warehousing experience
Highly experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
Good awareness of and exposure to WH&S requirements
Awareness of current logistics systems / materials handling equipment and providers
Knowledge of relevant Australian legislation
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, WMS, SAP etc)
