Position Overview:

The Operations Manager - Heat pumps will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the heat pump operations within the company.

This role will involve managing the production, distribution, and installation processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of heat pumps, ensuring install KPI's, quality standards, timelines, and cost targets.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate units are available to complete Install targets.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. o Oversee the installers schedules.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as installers, sales and compliance to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
Oversee the installation and servicing of heat pumps, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency

Pay:
From $98,500.00 per year
