As an expert in Organisation Development, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
In our People & Culture team, you'll:
Report to the firm Chief People Officer, being an active member of the People & Culture Leadership team and partner closely with the business on their strategic needs
Lead and manage multiple functions across Leadership Development, Talent and Succession, Learning and Development, Employee Experience and Employer Brand
Support and embed the employee value proposition by collaborating with Talent Acquisition to strategise how best to deliver the EVP in market to pipeline and hire the right talent
Partner with the Transformation Office around the culture and leadership transformation agenda.
Analyse marketplace trends - economic, social, cultural, technological - to identify opportunities and create value propositions.
Deploy methods to keep up with, and stay ahead of, new developments and ideas.
Drive and take ownership for developing networks that help deliver what is best for stakeholders.
Proactively manage stakeholders across the firm to create positive outcomes for all parties.
Participate in and/or plan, lead and drive major reviews and change management initiatives directed towards workplace reform and cultural change
Be presented with opportunities to be involved in leading training, presenting at internal and external conferences, developing thought leadership and to contribute to team initiatives
Work across the firm to support and build relationships as a subject matter expert for your area of expertiseWho you arePassionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our firm transform and enhance our employee experience.
You have practical experience of organisational change and/or transformation and are confident to manage yourself and lead your team and key stakeholders as our firm transforms.

Significant experienced in leading and developing organisational development strategies
Experience in strengthening potential talent and management and leadership frameworks and tools
Experience in understanding and developing appropriate tools to measure and strengthen the health of an organisation, including experience in developing and implementing staff engagement surveys
Experience in developing people experience strategies and building our value proposition aligned to market to help attract the best talentIt's time to move forward.
