Human Resources Business Partner**- Permanent Full-time position, growth industry

  • Based at Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station + WFH options
  • 7 Additional leave days per year + NFP Salary Packaging + Fitness Passport

In this position, you will manage a Residential Aged Care portfolio, partnering with senior business leaders to deliver a wide range of generalist people consulting and advice services in support of our strategic people needs and business goals.


Your significant demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering within Aged Care, Health Care, FMCG or related 24/7 operational type environments will be highly regarded.

Your ability to communicate effectively together with your advanced coaching & influencing skills will aid your success in this integral position.

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Build strong client partnering relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio
  • Provide specialist advice in the management & resolution of employee relations matters
  • Coach leaders in strategies & processes for effective people management
  • Proactively analyse & report on people metrics, identifying trends & areas for action
  • Partner with leaders in the development & deployment of culture & development initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders to navigate the people planning and delivery aspects of more complex organisational change projects.
  • Lead a continuous improvement HR project in area of interest and aligned with the strategic plan
  • Exceptional strategic Business Partnering experience and skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations & Enterprise Agreements
  • Excellent coaching, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with unions on people matters
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to our homes once per week if required
  • Must be able to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisations
