In line with this, we are looking for a Procurement Operations Buyer Enablement Specialist to take on delivery of procurement operations integration as part of Project Galileo.

As the Procurement Operations Buyer Enablement specialist, reporting to the Procurement Operations Workstream Lead, you will ensure new ways of working are adopted and lead the way for implementing best practice in the operations delivery team.

As an experienced, strategically minded delivery and change leader you will inspire, support and manage the integration of procurement operations by leveraging your strong interpersonal and service delivery skills across the bank and globally.

Role Type: 4-month Fixed Term opportunity

Reporting to:
Procurement Operations Workstream Lead

What will you bring?

Substantive experience in P2P processes and data insights with experience in designing and managing service delivery with a global footprint and within the Procurement domain.

Demonstrated ability to manage large scale projects, change and improvement related programs.

Highly effective communicator able to develop communication content, and compelling messaging that resonates and is for fit for purpose to diverse audience groups.

A proven track record in strategic thinking, creating high performing teams who have delivered strong results and developed a culture of collaboration.

Creditability as leader for effectively influencing and working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration, gain buy-in and remove barriers.

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
