Associate - Financing & Trade Operations

Great opportunity to join a top tier Investment Bank as a Financing and Trade Operations Associate as it grows its Sydney presence.

Work with experienced Back Office and Middle Office team to ensure that a booming corporate / syndicated loans function thrives and that International Trade Finance grows.

The Role

Liaise with Clients and Agent Banks on drawdowns and rollovers of loans.
Liaise with dealers for cash funding, and obtain applicable interest rates for the drawdowns and rollovers.
Complete deal tickets for drawdowns, rollovers, new commitments, prepayments and input transactions into systems.
Liaise with Credit Risk Monitoring in the booking of new facilities and limits.
Check/Validate booking of deals and new commitments in the system.
Prepare and send to the client confirmations and invoice of fees due, liaising with Front Office where necessary.
Check Facility Agreements & Documentations.
Collect loan repayments, interest and fees from clients.
Update and maintain the Loan Administration files.
Verify and maintain P+L calculation.
Maintenance of Procedure Manuals Maintain and update client accounts database which is an in house system.
