The organisation promotes the use of professional development, training, assessment and accreditation services as well as offering information and services to the public, business, government and legal communities.
About the Role:
As the Training and Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination, administration, and delivery of the professional development and training program.
You will be responsible for the day to day liaison and communications with vendors, venues, and trainers to organise and coordinate a range of assessments and training activities, including the setup up of online workshops via Zoom, preparation of course materials, compliance checks and keeping the website information accurately up to date.
The events range from both in-person and online events, including CPD events, webinars, online workshops and assessments.
You will be highly organised and have great attention to detail, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to think on your feet.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Update internal database and website with upcoming training, assessments and events
- Assist with member enquiries in relation to training courses, and online workshops
- Coordinate and administer all face to face and online training and assessments
- Issue out certificates and assessment results for participants
- Manage and schedule Zoom training sessions and online workshops
- Assist the Training and Accreditations Manager with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
To be successful you will have:
- Experience managing face to face and online training events or experience within student service or events coordinating is essential
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Outstanding organisational, time management and problemsolving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
