As an Rigging Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful execution of all delegated works on some of our premier construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, to required client specifications and within budget.

Drawing on your previous experience, you will:

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel
Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
Review performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
Plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity
Adhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficiently
Coordinate & Delegate work to your crew

What you will bring

A Rigging trade qualification
Prior experience with SMP Supervision on Construction or Sustaining Capital projects.
A customercentric mindset and strong value of safety
Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and highperformance team

Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively
A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
Valid Australian Driver's License
