South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider.

We specialise in providing In-Home Care and Community Access to our Aged and Disability participants throughout Central Sydney and Greater Sydney.

As a Support Worker you will work with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services to ensure a quality life with dignity, respect, and social inclusion.

Responsibilities include:

Support participants in a social, recreational outings and domestic duties.
Transporting and accompanying participants to access community activities/services.
Delivering personalised active support in a oneonone setting.
Following daily tasks instructions based on the participants needs.
Providing personal care, food preparation and domestic cleaning.

Role Requirement:

Qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or Aged Care.
Current NSW driver's license
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Police Check
NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain)
Registered Vehicle (not a must)
COVID19 Vaccine Digital Certificate

Generous salary available for the right applicant, including travel and shift allowances.
