About the role
Are you ready for an exhilarating career in the logistics industry? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced VIC state-based Injury Management/RTW Advisor.
This role offers a chance to make a direct impact on our organisation's injury/health & wellbeing performance while working alongside a team of skilled claims managers.
With the support of an experienced mentor/manager, you will be responsible for managing injured workers, collaborating with medical practitioners and line managers, all within a larger HR and Safety team.

- Oversee and process claims, working closely with WorkCover agents to achieve optimal outcomes
- Showcase your superior written and verbal communication skills as you interact with various stakeholders
- Demonstrate your impeccable organisational skills and unwavering attention to detail
- Utilise your troubleshooting and analytical abilities to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement

Your qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience as an IM/RTW Advisor, preferably with a dispersed workforce
- Experience in identifying and implementing IM & rehabilitation strategies to enhance health, safety, and wellbeing performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with stakeholders
- Highly organised with unwavering attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
- Approved Vic RTW Coordinator course completion
- Advanced knowledge of Vic WorkCover, Injury, and RTW Management
- Demonstrated negotiation, consultation, and influencing skills, positioning you as a change agent within the organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing)
- Proficiency in worker's compensation legislation and selfinsurance requirements (preferred)
- Possession of a current valid driver's license and vehicle
