The Position

Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant, we would love to hear from you.

Based in Robina, this full-time position attracts a competitive salary based on skills and experience. The firm offers career progression and growth opportunities along with long term job security.

Reporting to the Directors, this is an administrative role supporting the lawyers in conveyancing, responsibilities include:

  • Providing second to none client service and support
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders within a conveyance i.e. real estate, banks, lenders etc.
  • File management for conveyancing matters both sale and purchase
  • Lodging documents, coordinating settlements, conducting searches
  • Billings and calendar management
  • Leasing and general commercial support to the lawyers
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Providing general administrative support to the team and clients
  • Following up information to keep tasks on track while adhering to deadlines

About You


You will have a have minimum 6 months relevant property experience within law or real estate and be able to review REIQ (Real estate institute of Qld) contracts.


You will also:

  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a team player, but have the ability to work autonomously
  • Show a motivated and focused approach to duties
  • Have exceptional organisational skills
  • Be detail orientated
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have an allhandson deck approach
  • Be willing to help and support for the greater good
Experience with PEXA, Duties Online and LEAP software is an advantage. NSW conveyancing highly regarded but not essential
