Description

HRM Contracting and Consulting have a diverse range of clients and we currently have multiple HR Advisor roles available; all based on the Sunshine Coast.

The roles we have available are both full-time, part-time and open to flexibility.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to develop strategies and solutions for all HR related matters
  • Prepare and distribute employee correspondence, including all policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee requests, including onboarding
  • Monitor and maintain HRIS data with high level of confidentiality
  • Manage end to end recruitment
  • Provide advice on all employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations
  • Interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements
  • Manage all HR reporting as required
  • Work with and support managers and supervisors with HR requirements
To be successful for this role, you will have a proven background in Human Resources.
