HR Advisor - Sunshine Coast, Australia - HRM Contracting and Consulting
Description
HRM Contracting and Consulting have a diverse range of clients and we currently have multiple HR Advisor roles available; all based on the Sunshine Coast.
The roles we have available are both full-time, part-time and open to flexibility.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to develop strategies and solutions for all HR related matters
- Prepare and distribute employee correspondence, including all policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee requests, including onboarding
- Monitor and maintain HRIS data with high level of confidentiality
- Manage end to end recruitment
- Provide advice on all employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations
- Interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements
- Manage all HR reporting as required
- Work with and support managers and supervisors with HR requirements
