THE JOB - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED - WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW

  • This Head of Marketing position, leads the marketing organisation for the Medical Solutions Division for ANZ.
  • The role will be responsible for a team of 10 to support the development of region and country marketing plans, as well as program activation to drive demand generation and growth acceleration. This is a tactical/executional role 80% of the time, with strategy coming from global.
  • The key stakeholders include country marketing, sales, area/global portfolio and campaign marketers and this role reports to the Marketing Leader
  • APAC, Healthcare Solutions.
  • You will provide market and competitive intelligence and input to the area teams (area portfolio, NPI and marketing) and localise marketing plans and activate programs based on ANZ needs and opportunities and ensure local regulatory and packaging compliance for portfolio/programs.
  • NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs and participating on global NPI team, with product marketers, are key to this role, as is demand generation at the local level, which includes, defining local social media, media, key platforms for communication and the execution for enduser communication.
  • You will recommend on media buys, align to campaign outcomes, input/results and work with various channels, eg. distribution partners, and be responsible for local specific channel partner engagement and execution through channel marketing plans.
  • You will partner and engage with sales and deliver programs, promotions, new product materials to field sales.
  • You will provide marketing updates through being the owner of audience evolution and key opinion leaders in the oral care space.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University qualifications in Business and/or Marketing.
  • Your leadership capabilities must be excellent and you must be able to articulate how you develop and inspire others to drive results and have an engaged team.
  • Experience in a similar role,
    you MUST come from a healthcare marketing background (prefer medical devices) with strong leadership experience with relevant ANZ region work experience.
  • Excellence in marketing disciplines (price, portfolio, enduser, channel and communication).
  • You must have the personality to influence and engage sales teams.
