About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members' world better.

The Member division is responsible for the overall maintenance of members' superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.


About you


In this role you will undertake high quality processing of contributions, claims and account maintenance in a timely and accurate manner with a great eye for detail.

Service delivery is the focal point of all sections within the unit.

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in dealing with a highvolume workload accurately
  • Knowledge of superannuation (or a related financial services industry) is an advantage
  • The ability to analyse problems, identify issues and develop innovative solutions
  • A professional work ethic with a proven ability to adapt to change
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, innovation and commitment to excellence.
