Campbellfield Location- Casual ongoing opportunity Monday-Friday 8am4pm or 9am5pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite Parking
They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work Mon-Fri at their Campbellfield facility commencing in a casual capacity with a view to a permanent position.
- Provide service excellence to internal and external customers as directed by the business
- Answer the phones in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and direct calls to the relevant personnel.
- Assess customer requirements and process internal/external orders to time requirements maximising warehouse efficiencies
- Order processing Data entry of orders & EDI processing
In order to be successful in this role you will require:
- experience in a customer service role involving data entry & phones
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Word, Excel & Outlook (Outlook essential)
- Pronto Experience beneficial but not essential
- Proven time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a highlevel of accuracy
- Ability to be flexible, to problem solve, & to multitask
- Strong verbal & written communication and a pleasant, professional, confident phone manner
- Be a team player with a good work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
