Our client is a major Kitchen retail supplier.

They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work Mon-Fri at their Campbellfield facility commencing in a casual capacity with a view to a permanent position.


  • Provide service excellence to internal and external customers as directed by the business
  • Answer the phones in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and direct calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Assess customer requirements and process internal/external orders to time requirements maximising warehouse efficiencies
  • Order processing Data entry of orders & EDI processing

In order to be successful in this role you will require:

  • experience in a customer service role involving data entry & phones
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Word, Excel & Outlook (Outlook essential)
  • Pronto Experience beneficial but not essential
  • Proven time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a highlevel of accuracy
  • Ability to be flexible, to problem solve, & to multitask
  • Strong verbal & written communication and a pleasant, professional, confident phone manner
  • Be a team player with a good work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
