Location:
Docklands, VIC.


Salary:
$70,000 plus Superannuation

We offer Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We have two new positions due to company growth.

We are seeking two proactive and motivated individuals to join our newly created Programs Implementation Team as part of our Human Resources Team.

Interview and hire Educators for our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs. Provide induction training for all new Educators.

The team will create and manage Educator rosters and staff ratios across 120 childcare services in total, as well as manage Educator absences and holidays.

You do not need childcare experience for this role. We provide full training

Role:


Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the two Programs Implementation Managers will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our childcare services, and ensure educators are trained and work-ready on their first day.

They will work alongside three existing Talent Acquisition Coordinators and eight Programs Engagement Managers.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Interviewing and hiring Educators for our services across Australia
  • Oversight and management of recruitment needs across the business
  • Rostering
  • Managing Educator absences, holidays, and other leave requirements
  • Induction training management and delivery
  • Effective and frequent communication with Educators, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Programs Engagement Managers, and other stakeholders
  • Additional administrative tasks specific to the childcare industry (don't worry, we will train you)

What you bring:

  • Advanced organisational skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills, in person and with remote teams
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Suite
We have many childcare services and hundreds of Educators who can work across multiple locations.

Sometimes we have Educators who go on holidays to another state and would love to pick up shifts while they are away.

Our new Educators will be relying on you to get them inducted and trained for their first shift. If you are a people person, can communicate clearly, have an analytical mind, and have good critical thinking skills, this is the job for you
