Description

A market leader in the clinical healthcare space is actively recruiting an Application Specialist to be responsible for engaging internal stakeholders for the investigation and remediation of level 2 service requests.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide a high level of customer service and support
Participate in monthly account meetings, assisting and contributing to follow up actions from sessions
Work with the Customer Success Leads to contribute to the creation of regular operational reporting
Contribute to feedback for Executive monthly operational meetings
Investigation and replication of reported defects and documentation of steps for the development team as required
Work with internal and external stakeholders to capture clear business requirements and nonfunctional requirements to describe changes and defects when required
Contribute to documentation for system upgrades and contribute to implementation meetings
Assist with new client implementations and conduct training as required
Facilitate and conduct PIR meetings with internal stakeholders and prepare Post Issue Reporting for all priority 1 or 2 issues

To be considered for this position, requirements include:

Previous experience using service desk &/or development software packages, specifically Jira & Confluence (desirable)
A degree or tertiary education in Information Technology, Business Administration or Applied Science or equivalent/related discipline
Previous experience in the health sector (Highly desirable)
A degree or tertiary education in Information Technology, Business Administration or Applied Science or equivalent/related discipline
