Immediate Start on a Permanent Basis

Our client have built some of the finest, architecturally designed private residential homes and apartments in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

They currently have a requirement for a Finishes Supervisor to work on a significant project with heritage components.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will provide support to the project delivery team & will see you involved in a variety of tasks including subcontractor management, EH&S, quality management and project planning.

You will be required to work Mon (7am - 5pm) - Sat (7am - 1pm).

To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have the following:

be a trade qualified carpenter

- at least 10 years' experience working on high-end, bespoke fitout & finishes within either private residences, apartments or hotels projects
- experience in the construction delivery process managing multiple subcontractors including the delivery of floor finishes, bathrooms, cabinetry and kitchens to a very high quality
- have full working rights within Australia (Australian citizens & permanent residents only)
- exceptional presentation & clear communication skills
