Queensland Bulk Handling (QBH) is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintainer/Operator to join our team and fill the role of shift Electrician at our port operations.

About Us
Queensland Bulk Handling (QBH) is Brisbane's leading bulk handling facility, wholly owned by New Hope Group. Commissioned in 1983, the facility has a reputation as a bulk handling export terminal with an excellent safety record.

Based at our Port of Brisbane operations and reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will join a small, high performing team, and be required to attend breakdowns, carry out PM work and operate machinery.

About you

Experienced at conducting diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs.
Mechanical (Trade Qualified) maintenance experience within heavy industry
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Positive attitude
Experience with conveyors, stackers and ship loaders would be highly regarded but not essential
