We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Trading Operations Specialist, who will play a vital role in the oversight and management of firm's post trade arrangements and platform administration.


What you'll do

  • Manage all daily posttrade trading operations functions through their full life cycle.
  • Platform maintenance and price monitoring
  • Corporate Action processing and reconciliation
  • Swiftly address and resolve clientfacing queries escalated by internal teams
  • Maintain and update static reference data for over 20,000 financial products
  • Manage transfer process both internal and external.
  • Monitor internal systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Contribute to business development projects working with our multiple data vendors and counterparties to deliver business objectives
  • Reconcile hedging accounts with counterparties and resolve discrepancies as required
  • Daily oversight of regulatory transaction reporting requirements.
  • Continuously review and enhance operational processes. Identify opportunities for automation and implement streamlined workflows
  • Monitor key metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  • Interdepartment communication on crossfunctional initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in a Trading Operations function
  • Solid understanding of post trade processes working within a risk and control framework
  • A positive attitude and a desire to keep learning
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of financial markets and products
  • Great problemsolving skills to find smart and practical solutions
  • Proficiency with software tools, especially ChatGPT and MS Office
  • A team player who can also work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Nice to have

  • Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg Terminal and SQL
  • CFA or other relevant industry certification
