MAYDAY Recruitment are excited to partner with Genesis Motors Australia, a luxury global automotive brand which has seen substantial growth in the Australian market.

Genesis is looking to hire 3 passionate Sales Associates in Brisbane who are looking to develop their sales skills and grow with a luxury global brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in client service or sales to build and develop a long-term career with a premium automotive brand - full product and sales training will be provided

The Role:

Provide a high level of customer service and be a key facilitator in the Genesis purchasing experience

Duties include:

Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with the Genesis brand throughout the various stages of the purchasing process
Convert instore, web and phone enquiries into leads and coach them through the process, booking test drives
Take time to understand the customers needs and match them to the most suitable car
Take prospective customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
Engage with customers in the Studio, Test Drive Centre, at events and offsite locations
Support customers when completing relevant paperwork
Managing the handover and delivery of vehicles to customers
Accurately maintain the CRM system with customer information
Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products, cabin crew or similar highlevel client focused

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease
The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and a desire to hit or exceed targets
A valid, full Australian Driver's License
