Description

The Site Supervisor reports to the Project Managers and is part of the MJH Communities Construction team. The key focus of this role is to oversee the completion of multi-residential projects within the Hunter region.

More specifically:

Manage the construction in accordance with project documentation
Deliver projects on time, to budget and ensuring a highquality finish
Build positive relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
Allocate trades and materials to job sites
Ensure our projects are delivered in accordance with our WHS and environmental management plans
Review and approve work prior to invoice sign off
Be able to working in a team environment on a large scale project

In addition, you will demonstrate:

Excellent work ethic, be highly motivated
Strong planning and organising skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Be a skilled tradesperson
Previous experience working coordinating trades on site
Possess a current driver's licence and white card.
A tertiary qualification is desirable but your ability to effectively coordinate a safe and quality focused construction site is key to your success
Previous multi residential experience or project housing experience is essential
