We currently have vacancies at Bethanie Como Aged Care Home for
Hospitality Workers to fill a variety of shifts on a
casual basis in the role of
Food Services Assistant / Wait Staff.

Bethanie Como is a 99 bed suite home that provides the full range of aged care services including dementia support, palliative care and respite services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring delivery, set up, service, washing and clean down are completed
Ensuring residents' meal and hydration needs are met
Assisting in preparation and portioning of meals for residents
Ensuring facility areas are clean and safe

Requirements:

Possess a passion for, and previous experience working as a Food Services Assistant/ Wait Staff ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
Have a "can do" attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate both orally and written
A current police clearance or willingness to get one
Willingness to obtain any relevant vaccinations required
