Louis Boeglin Patisserie, renowned for its exquisite, beautiful, and utterly delectable French desserts, has just moved to a brand-new location in Subiaco.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Barista to join our team and help create exceptional coffee experiences for our valued customers.

As a Barista at Louis Boeglin Patisserie, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, crafting and serving a wide range of exquisite coffees to satisfy the refined palates of our discerning clientele.

Your attention to detail, passion for coffee, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be key to creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffees with precision and artistry, ensuring each cup is a masterpiece in taste and presentation.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless flow of orders, allowing guests to indulge in the perfect pairing of coffee and French desserts.
• Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building relationships with regular customers and creating a sense of community within the café.
• Assist front of house staff to take desert orders when you're not making coffee.

Qualifications:

• 2+ year's experience as a barista, with a deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso equipment.
• A genuine love for coffee and a dedication to creating exceptional beverages that tantalize the taste buds.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide a memorable and personalized experience.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities, thriving in a fastpaced environment without compromising on quality.
• A passion for French culture and cuisine is a plus
