Our client is a market leading provider of industrial equipment that operates on a national scale and as a result of substantial and ongoing business growth, they have a position available for an experience Service Manager to join their team.


What will this role entail?
This role will see you managing three other integral departments across Administration, Warranty and Service Estimating teams to ensure work optimisation's and productivity


Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing external technical support
  • Reporting on claims and warranty matters
  • Continually strategising how to improve company prospects.

What will I need to succeed in this role?

  • Previous Experience in a supervisory position (essential)
  • Previous experience working with industrial equipment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to act and make decisions under the pressure.
