About the role


Reporting to the Group HR Manager, we are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our collaborative and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your HR knowledge in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same


As a HR Advisor, you will support the HR partnering function by being readily available to line managers and employees to provide support and advice on employment related matters.

The role will also see you actively support the wider HR team with a range of HR initiatives across the organisation.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide accurate interpretations of relevant awards to line Managers and ensure processes operate within requirements of said Award
  • Facilitate and support employee incentive and Reward & Recognition programs that encourage staff engagement
  • Coordinate and support the Performance Review & Development processes across the organisation
  • Undertake all recruitment activities for Operational staff from advertisement through to onboarding
  • Assist the review of all policies and procedures to ensure they are uptodate and comply with current legislative requirements
  • Maintain employee records and files using HR information systems (Chris21 and TMS)

About you
You are a self-starter that embraces challenges. You will come with well-developed communication and prioritisation skills. Your strong focus on customer service, teamed with your high attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving will see you thrive in this role

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience within Human Resources
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
  • Understanding of FWA and Regulatory Bodies associated with Employment law
  • Experience with Modern Award interpretation
  • Proficient skills in all Microsoft Applications
  • Previous experience working within a Manufacturing/ FMCG business (desirable)
  • Experience with Payroll System Applications (desirable)
