Fabulous opening for a Xero whiz to join the Finance Team of this amazing charity supporting on transformation projects.

Providing finance support across NSW and interstate you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy of work, building relationships with key stakeholders, problem solving and delivering excellent customer service working in a meaningful environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • End to end Xero bookkeeping
  • AR/AP function
  • Processing in high volume environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reporting and Administration duties
  • Accurate preparation and processing of invoices across multiple accounts
  • Importing/Exporting and verifying data
  • Provide reporting to key stakeholders
  • Assist with monthend processes and change management projects
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Develop proactive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Problem solving, identify errors and rectify in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work as part of a "can do" proactive team

Key criteria:


  • End to End Xero accounting skills
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of importing/exporting csv files
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Appropriate certifications/qualifications in Accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and well organised
  • Selfmotivated, selfmanaged and proactive
  • Advanced Microsoft & Xero Accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to commit to a 6 month temporary contract
  • SME or NFP Industry experience highly regarded
