Our client based in the Eastern Suburbs is seeking Property Managers. Salary up to $75K+Super, depending on your experience.

Looking for a motivated & energetic individual.

The Role;
Managing a local East Portfolio

All duties required in managing a portfolio, including;
Maintenance

Routine Inspections

Arrears Management

Correspondence between owners and tenants

Salary from $65K-$75k+Super

About you;
6+ Months experience managing a residential portfolio

Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate

Experience using a Property Management program being;
Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit

Corporate Attire

Excellent Communication & Written skills
