With a passionate, energetic and down to earth approach, we are currently looking for a Client Services Manager to work in a structure that ensure success, progression & results

The Role:

Monday - Friday, we are looking for someone to be the glue in the administration & compliance process.

You will be responsible for:

Coordination of the administration processes
Management of client pipeline for a team of six Buyers Agents
Exchange & settlement process
Calendar management & coordinating appointments and meetings
Preparing and issuing agency agreements and client documents
Issuing letters to clients
Following up with solicitors
Arrangement of client gifts
Managing client relationships
Maintaining database of current media articles and distribution to agents in monthly media packs
Social Media
Ad hoc administration duties

The Person

Previous real estate experience is essential are you looking for the next step in your career or an administrator looking to get into the buyers side of things?
Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
Strong understanding of the endtoend residential sales process
Computer literate must have experience with real estate or similar CRMs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
A natural talent for organisation and timemanagement
Independent and able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
