About the Opportunity
New opportunities available based in Henderson, WA for experienced Project Controls Analysts.

Reporting to the Principal Project Controls Analyst you will be a contributing member of the Program Services department in the challenging environment of continuous cost efficiency improvement required to achieve Coles Beyond Benchmark Cost Efficiency, as well as ensure value-for-money (VFM) can be demonstrated to all stakeholders.

This will involve achieving a sound understanding of related business systems and the data flows between ASC's ERP system, Contract Management, Procurement, Estimating, Scheduling and Project Accounting & Finance.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute Earned Value Performance Reports (EVPR) within the Program including variance analysis on performance metrics within Primavera P6 and COBRA.
  • Facilitate effective forecasting forums with Project and Program team members.
  • Engage with key stakeholders within the Program, including Program and Project Managers and project team members regularly to facilitate various Project Controls processes.
  • Facilitate effective Baseline Change Management and ensure alignment between Project and Program Baselines.
  • Facilitate processes in accordance with ASC's Project Management Framework.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Commerce/Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the discipline of EVM within a Project Controls team or project management experience
  • Familiarity and understanding of AS4817:2006/201
  • Familiarity and understanding of PMBOK concepts
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience and proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modelling; Power BI
  • Highly effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with Primavera P6 & COBRA desirable

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
