An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Administration Assistant is now available at our Nundah QLD office.

Your role will be to focus on providing quality administrative support and exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships and managing our internal/external customer expectations.

You will be working
9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver exceptional and positive experience to new and existing customers
  • Being a central point of contact, representing Sonic Equipment in a professional manner
  • Maintain demonstration equipment database
  • Checking of demonstration equipment coming in and out of the workplace (lightmedium physical labour required)
  • Data entry of customer details and orders
  • Book and coordinate the relevant logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintain system data integrity and identify potential issues
  • Track equipment (repairs, calibrations, and warranties) and generate invoices
  • Work collaboratively, and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Demonstrated Administration/Customer Service experience in a service operations/logistics environment is essential
  • Previous Warehouse/Inventory Control experience is desirable
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to proactively prioritise tasks with little supervision
  • Flexible to work within a multicultural team / environment
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft office skills (intermediate excel)
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision Knowledge desirable
  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
  • Physically fit and able to do required lifting for this role
