    Our client is a mid-tier law firm passionate about providing exceptional legal services. Focusing on Compensation, Personal Services, Community and associations, and Business, they specialise in litigation, advisory, and transaction work across various practice areas. With offices in Sydney CBD, Adelaide and Melbourne, they offer diverse opportunities for our team members.

    They are seeking a proactive and motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join their Adelaide CBD office. As a key member of our P&C team, you'll collaborate with colleagues and report to the Head of People & Culture. In this role, you'll offer generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to our business leaders and employees, contributing to the overall success of our firm.

    Working closely with business stakeholders and our operational P&C team, your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting with HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and performance reviews.
    • Providing practical HR guidance on various people matters throughout the HR lifecycle.
    • Participating in project initiatives to enhance employee capability and experience.
    • Offering professional, business-focused People and Culture services and advice to leaders.
    • Investigating employee grievances and resolving key people issues.
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our P&C function.
    • The Successful Candidate Will Have:
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
    • Previous experience in an HR Generalist/Advisory role.
    • Experience in end-to-end disciplinary processes, grievance resolution, performance management, and employment relations matters.
    • Knowledge of HR legislation, principles, and practices.
    • Experience as a P&C generalist supporting teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
    • Previous experience within the legal/professional services industries (preferred).
