Position purpose
To leverage the Roll'd business strategy by ensuring the management of the assigned region of Roll'd Franchise locations. Dynamically lead and manage all facets of operations within the assigned region.
Coach and develop all levels of team member, management and franchise to achieve sales growth and profitability through the performance of the Roll'd outlets, whilst maintaining Roll'd company compliance standards and code of conduct.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure any franchisees within your scope comply with the terms of their Franchise
- Ensure that company Store Managers within your scope comply with the terms of their
Roll'd
- Managing time effectively so the quota of quality meetings can be a reality, such as
- Be a high performer whereby all the expected targets become a reality
- Proactive approach as there is a multitude of objections to be overcome to get high
- Identify any common issues/ barriers which inhibit good operational practices from
- Coach franchisees in all aspects of business: Operations, Finance, Cash Flow and People Engagement
- Deliver a highly engaging Franchisee Community in your regions scope measured by
- Negotiate all the needed terms and conditions customizing ongoing solutions to all
- Meet all KPIs set out according to company expectations
- Auditing of Franchisees as per Roll'd standards and in line with legislative compliance.
- Prepare own score card
- Prepare and facilitate discussions of Franchisee/ Manager scorecards along with
- Active participation of quarterly Franchisee Roadshows

Academic & trades qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration advantageous
- Computer literacy in word processing and Microsoft Excel
Work experience & skills
- 3+ years' experience as an Area Manager or Franchise Business Manager for a large
- Ability to transmit affective messages across a broad range of audience and
- Experience working with wellknown brands
- Financial literacy and experience in developing plans, budgets and forecasts
- Experience working with multisite stores and working remotely
