About the RoleA great opportunity exists for a commercially savvy, resilient, and dynamic Account Executive to join our VIC team, responsible for the metropolitan and regional regions.
You will be a key member of the MAURI Sales Team managing and growing the performance of a designated portfolio of customers and prospecting for new business.
About YouThe successful individual will enjoy the challenge of building relationships to achieve win-win outcomes with existing customers, prospect accounts and cross functional colleagues within Mauri.
And will revel in using strategic thinking to formulate insight and fact-based customer plans to achieve sales volume & revenue targets and determine new & innovative ways to better serve our customers.
Ideally, you have exceptional sales and communication skills, well-developed problem-solving abilities and be able to role model our safety culture.
And can demonstrate strong commercial acumen to assess market and customer needs and make recommendations to meet them, build a Sales Territory pipeline for new business and leverage CRM software tools to manage customers and make better decisions.
Previous experience working in a similar environment/role - Food service, Bakery, or FMCG will be highly regarded.Most importantly you enjoy working collaboratively with a great team of professional salespeople who care about your success and want to help you succeed.
