Your role:

Due to sustained growth and progress we are looking for a
Supplier Management Officer to support the supplier approval process and system.

Working closely with the Lead, you will partner with different business areas to on-board suppliers, work across internal functions (EHS, Security, Quality, etc.) and directly with suppliers.

The key focuses of the role are to on-board new suppliers and maintain approved suppliers, supplier performance evaluation, quality & auditing and process improvement.

This position is perfect for a graduate or someone with a couple years of experience. Your new leader is a switched-on, vibrant and pragmatic.

She has a flexible management style, is a big believer of work / life balance and has a great sense of humour.

About you:

You come with a good grounding knowledge business, procurement / supply chain or law (or similar) from either education or hands-on experience.

You are analytical, have a good eye for detail, are resilient and have high customer focus. Communication is key, you have a flexible style being able to tailor your language to fit your audience. Lastly, you either hold an Australian Government security clearance or are eligible to obtain.
