A Global Advertising Agency is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their finance team on a part time basis.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Ownership of the payroll function for Permanent, Freelance and Talent.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll.
Processing Australian payroll related taxes and legislation.
Calculating PAYG and income tax.
Resolving all payroll related queries.
Processing superannuation.
Preparing workers compensation.
Processing of starters, finishers and terminations.
Journal preparation and review of GL reconciliations.
Working closely with your payroll & finance team and the wider business.

Applicants should hold a relevant qualification (TAFE/ Deg) and have - 5 years payroll experience from large international businesses. They should be a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Working closely with the finance and HR team you will be expected to continuously improve payroll process and procedure as part of your role.
