The Role


Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration and planning services for our domestic and commercial customers working in close collaboration with the Glazing Team Managers.


Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work hands on with the administration and planning team, to lead by example and support in the planning and scheduling, of daily work and projects
  • Coordinate day to day functions including allocating work to the team, compliance and updating of products and pricing as required
  • Lead the team cohesively through our values of care, collaboration, driven and genuine
  • Provide a high level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders, including Glaziers, Glazing Solutions Team, Suppliers.
  • Maximising the daily capacity reservations, including shuffling planned jobs where required

In conjunction we are needing some with:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a small team within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, autonomously, and within the team
  • Experience in planning or scheduling trades, construction, or services industries (Simpro preferred)
  • Have a genuine passion to prioritise your own workload and that of the teams where required to ensure our services are completed with mínimal disruptions for our customers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required plus the ability to build positive business relationships with all stakeholders
