What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, applicant screening and reference checks
- Administering employee performance evaluations, tracking employee attendance, and managing disciplinary procedures
- Assist in conducting training for retail leaders on the employee platform
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including staffing and talent development
- Manage a smooth onboarding process on the HRIS and the offboarding
Ideally, you will have:
- Passionate about people and experience in HR or recruitment space
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Techsavvy with a keen eye for detail
- Highly selfmotivated and always seeking to learn new things
