We have an exciting opportunity to join a global luxury retail brand who are looking for an HR Specialist. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HRIS.


What you will be doing:


  • Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, applicant screening and reference checks
  • Administering employee performance evaluations, tracking employee attendance, and managing disciplinary procedures
  • Assist in conducting training for retail leaders on the employee platform
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including staffing and talent development
  • Manage a smooth onboarding process on the HRIS and the offboarding

Ideally, you will have:


  • Passionate about people and experience in HR or recruitment space
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Techsavvy with a keen eye for detail
  • Highly selfmotivated and always seeking to learn new things
