Full time opportunity (after 6 months Temp2Perm)- Critical role working with one of our regions best NFP organisations
Our client is a Not for Profit making a massive difference in our region and we need an individual with reception, customer care and general admin skills to support the business.
In the role you will be the first face to meet with people presenting under stress stemming from issues of homelessness and domestic violence.
This is an all rounder admin and reception role where you could be having in depth and complex conversations with individuals in one minute to prepping a meeting role the next.
Diverse and rewarding is how this role would be described. Working as a receptionist and heading home knowing you play a major role in making a difference in your community
The Person
Being such a critical role we are seeking that special person with a blend of empathy, yet firm enough to stand your ground when needed.
- Personality that can't be rattled dealing with intense situations
- Excellent receptionist background and skills
- Efficient administrator
- MS Office suite experience
- Work within sharepoint systems
- Must hold or have the ability to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Working with the vulnerable the organisation has a double vaccination policy
- Must be driven to be part of a community based organisation
