GenesisCare have an exciting opportunity for an experienced P&C Systems Analyst to join our New South Wales Team at our Head Office in Alexandria, NSW.

This is an initial 12month full-time position working Monday - Friday, a balance ofboth WFH and office days.

The primary purpose of the GenesisCare P&C Systems Analyst is to provide support, maintenance & system administration across multiple Workday functional areas.

With the rapid pace of change at GenesisCare, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, focused and experienced systems administrator.

More specifically, you will:

Identify process improvement changes, and continuously improve system capabilities.
Develop supporting offline processes and create Standard Operating Procedures to support System Administration activities.
Run change request test scripts and complete testing for new functionality and fixes.
Ensure compliance in processes and develop best practices and restrictions in data management and audit data for consistency and accuracy.
Deliver Workday training sessions to customers/managers as required.

We're looking for someone who has:

A detailed understanding of Workday and knowledge of various functional areas (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Talent and Performance, Reporting, Security & Systems Administration).
Experience working with and analysing data, establishing reporting regimes and suggesting/creating customisation to suit business needs.
A selfstarter and comfortable with Workday configuration across multiple functional areas.
High quality written and verbal communication skills (with essential attention to detail).
Good to have: Workday focused projects or certifications
Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Absence, Learning, and Talent & Performance.
