- Provide overall accountability for ensuring drivers are efficiently allocated to cover all Charter services
- Be an agent for continuous improvement
- The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that manpower and buses are allocated to deliver services as required
- Undertake toolbox meetings at off-site locations
- Be an active participant in the WH&S and Consultative committees
- Monitor all Charter Services using Telematics
- Responsible for providing clear and concise communication with drivers
- Sign off and approve overtime requirements
- Previous experience in similar role managing multiple contracts
- Previous experience in transport-related role highly desired
