We have a strong focus on the education market and service customers across the eastern seaboard.


We are seeking someone to join our marketing team to continue growing our portfolio of brands and achieve our mission to become the first choice in document archiving solutions for schools and businesses across Australia.


About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and creative individual to provide support to our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing & Business Manager, you will support the execution of our marketing campaigns. You will also bring your creative flair to create engaging content across the business.

This role is suitable for a recent graduate, final year marketing/communications student or a parent returning to work who is looking to get hands-on experience in a friendly team environment


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with management in developing and implementing an annual marketing plan;
  • Undertaking administration of office tasks as required
  • Creating social media posts and copywriting for websites and blogs;
  • Maintenance of the various brands' websites;
  • Proofreading marketing content;
  • Creation and distribution of marketing collateral;
  • Creation of merchandise and point of sale materials in conjunction with suppliers;
  • Creation of graphical content, staying on brand but current
  • Organization of our creative assets
  • Maintaining customer data and database;
  • Creation and collation of customer surveys and analysis;
  • Event and project related support; and
  • General marketing and office administrative duties.

Skills & Experience
A formal qualification in the relevant marketing and communications field will be looked upon favourably, as well as the following skills:

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp and social media scheduling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and high level organisation skills.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to constantly improve and optimise.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year
