Treasury Brisbane are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our hotel team as a Hotel Guest Service Agent

Our Hotel Guest Service Agents are the first point of contact for our guests staying at the hotel, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure as well as being a friendly face if any issues should arise.

You will be part of a world class team creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What are we looking for?

An individual with the genuine desire to be a perfect host and create a welcoming experience for our guests
Previous experience in a 5star establishment advantageous
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Good keyboard skills with knowledge of Property Management Systems (prior experience with Opera, Fidelio would be highly regarded)
The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
