The Opportunity:

We are thrilled to be representing a renowned National Client and leading Australian automotive repair specialist working with global brands and premium products.

As the business undergoes exciting growth, they are thrilled to welcome an experienced Hoist Service Technician to join the friendly Equipment Department.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Hoist Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of garage equipment whilst delivering the desired customer service experience.

Please note, travel to regional areas and surrounds is required.

What will you do?

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage workflow to schedule.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes.
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems.
Follow all company's procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.

To be successful:

Technical/Trade background or former mechanic
Experience in Hoist service equipment
Experience in diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Experienced in providing service and customer support during field visits
Experienced in undertaking all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
