The Investment Management Analyst will be a critical role in providing financial administration, delivery governance and PMO capabilities for the Digital Origination agenda as part of the Commercial Division.

This role is accountable for:

Extracting previous month's financial data via QP2 and Cost Insights

Providing performance reporting and analysis through Microsoft Excel

Engage and undertake corrective actions or follow up with various stakeholders as required

Revisit and update monthly financial forecast on PPM

Monitor and update initiative delivered benefits

Report on initiative delivery health - cost, schedule, benefits, risks, issues, etc

Undertake and support various IMDO/TMO governance requirements

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type:
Permanent, full time role

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Initiative governance expertise:
Knowledge of PMO management and support activities, finance processes, risk reporting and project management standards
Good financial / commercial acumen and understanding
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Well organised and disciplined in the timely management of reporting and data presentation
Excellent attention to detail
Growth mindset and adaptability to change
Ability to engage and work with a wide range of stakeholders across business units with varying knowledge of overarching objective
Ability to manage multiple pieces of work to tight timeframes when required

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
