    Change and Adoption Manager
    Government sector based in Chatswood
    FULL TIME 12 month Contract position

    Client Description:

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable government department currently seeking an experienced Change and Adoption Manager to play a crucial role in driving strategic change initiatives and achieving program/project outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured change and adoption strategy for complex multi-stream programs.
  • Lead change management activities and integrate them into project and implementation plans.
  • Plan and execute large-scale training programs tailored to different audiences.
  • Deliver presentations and training to stakeholders, effectively conveying complex messages.
  • Provide strategic advice on proposed strategies and change success metrics.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage program/project incidents and ensure effective resolutions to limit future risks.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with internal and external teams.
    • Skills and Experience

  • Lead Change and Adoption engagement across the system, balancing competing demands to achieve business objectives.
  • Evaluate interim results of change management activities and identify potential areas of conflict in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Stay updated on evolving technologies and identify solutions to improve service offerings for customers.
  • Foster a constructive workplace culture.
