We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations of an electrical field service business.

As an operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, project management, and quality control. You will work closely with our director, to ensure smooth operations and maintain our excellent industry reputation.

Requirements:

Experience in an operations or project management role
Electrical Licence or electrical engineering qualification
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to form and maintain strong simple and efficient workflows
