- $83k + super +remote salary packaging + additional leave
- Full time, permanent role
- Location: Alice Springs
- Utilise your case management experience to help those in need
- Work with participants to create and manage individual goals including referrals to other services
- Undertake a range of case management duties to support the development of clients
- Provide ongoing case management sessions with participants and review progression against individual goals
- Develop internal relationships with clients and other staff to contribute to the effective functioning of the service
- Develop relationships with key external stakeholders including other service providers, community service workers, government agencies etc.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma level qualification in a related field
- Previous case management experience
- Demonstrated experience working with clients from a variety of different backgrounds and levels of disadvantage including people from remote Aboriginal communities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal Cultural issues in the NT
- Computer Literacy
- Current NT Driver's License
- Senior First Aid certificate or willingness to gain

Your Opportunity
Stuart Lodge is a specialist homelessness service in Alice Springs for individuals and families who are at risk of, or currently experiencing, homelessness.
This position will provide assistance to participants in the provision of holistic, client centred case management services to both individuals and families to achieve sustainable tenancies
