Your new role
This 12 Month contract sits in our wider L1 risk and compliance team.

It has been created to contribute to the design, development and embedding of a scalable, simple and repeatable approach to delivering appropriate and sustainable remediation outcomes for members and the Fund.

These approaches and methods must accommodate for the successful integration of uplifted processes or lessons learnt back into BAU and consider the role our third-party service providers in remediation activities.


Ideally you will have had exposure to large remediation or regulatory project style environments supporting through project management delivery practices.


Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supports the Project Manager in delivery governance and reporting activities, with a focus on compliance with RG277, Enterprise Risk Management and Project Quality Assurance.
  • Reviews delivery plans, control measures and documentation.
  • Confirms scope resolves the incident for the Remediation Sponsor.
  • Supports project business owners and Senior Project staff in the development of funding proposals, delivery plans and methodology creation.
  • Regularly monitors the delivery plan health with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and Member outcomes are being met and adjusts as necessary.
  • Collates and authors insightful reporting to the relevant governance fora with clear calls to action with a metricated view of success.
  • Supports facilitation of humancentered design workshops to and documents the outputs to remove organizational complexity and create a positive impact on Member.
  • Confirms all key project deliverables are reviewed timely and creates traceability of requirements in line with sponsor acceptance.

What you'll need

  • Experience as a project analyst, PMO Analyst or stream lead on a complex or large remediation / regulatory initiative.
  • Proven ability to utilize strong project disciplines in both agile and waterfall dependent on the level of uncertainty
  • Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the Fund.
  • Strong facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful outcomes.
  • Ability to formulate reports and to provide well considered options for deliberation by management.
  • Developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management.
